Description
“Flowers on the Wall” (6a, 190 m) was opened on April 27, 2001, by Slovenian climbers T. Tisler and M. Prezelj.
The line is located inside the large Horseshoe, between the pillars of the routes “Zoi” and “One Year After.” The sector faces west, so the routes remain in the shade until late afternoon, while also being sheltered from strong winds. However, because of dense vegetation, it’s best climbed in autumn, when the grass has dried out.
A set of nuts, friends, and slings is required for a repeat ascent. There are only a few fixed pitons along the route.
Descent:
Follow the large ledge southwards until you reach the marked path that leads to the rappel stations. The nearest rappel line is that of “Afrikana,” though other rappel routes or even walking down are possible options.
