Description
“Alan Steck” is a pure traditional route, without fixed protection or belay stations. It follows a natural slab with small cracks and wedge-shaped fissures that allow placements for nuts and small to medium friends. The climbing is technical, with delicate footwork and a gentle angle, requiring careful gear placements and composure. The rock is solid, typical of the African sector, with a nice texture and continuous flow of moves. Suitable for experienced trad climbers looking for a clean, moderately difficult route.
