Description
“Talos” is an impressive 40 m sport slab characterized by technical climbing and continuous intensity. The line starts with balance-dependent moves on small footholds, continues with a sustained technical middle section, and finishes with a powerful sequence just before the anchor. Bolting is adequate and well-positioned where needed, without excessive density. The rock is of excellent quality — rough, solid, and offering very good friction.
Access
Approach: From Kryoneri, follow the familiar uphill path toward the African sector. “Talos” is located on the rightmost part of the crag, near the routes “Plaka me Kaneis” and “Dianira.” The trail is stable and clearly marked, with a short final uphill section leading to the base.
Approach time: 40 minutes

80 m rope (for safe lowering from the 40 m height).
12–14 quickdraws.
1–2 slings to reduce rope drag or reinforce the belay.
Helmet.
