Description

“Put Your Hand and Grab” is a two-pitch sport route featuring continuous, technical climbing on vertical slab.
The line flows with rhythmic, balanced movement, demanding precision, control, and smart footwork.
Difficulty peaks at 6b+, with the crux located in the upper section — a short sequence requiring strength and good route reading.
It is fully bolted (15 bolts) with one equipped belay and a top anchor.
The rock is compact and clean, offering solid holds and smooth movement, making it ideal for climbers who enjoy technical sport climbing with sustained flow.

Access

Located in the Tower sector, below Saint Nicholas Chapel.
Access from Kryoneri via the main climbing path, clear and well-defined.
“Put Your Hand and Grab” lies in the right-hand section of the wall, near the routes “Geraki” and “Apalouza.”
